Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between Ardehn (hereinafter the "Seller") and any non-trading natural or legal person (hereinafter the "Customer") placing an order on the website https://ardehn.eu/ (hereinafter the "Site").
Article 1 - Object and Scope
The GTC define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer within the framework of online sales of goods and services offered on the Site.
They are applicable to all orders placed on the Site, to the exclusion of any other conditions, unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.
The Customer acknowledges having read the GTC before placing an order and accepts them without reservation.
Article 2 - Products and Services
The products and services offered for sale on the Site are described in a detailed and precise manner.
The Seller undertakes to provide products and services in accordance with the description provided on the Site.
Article 3 - Prices
The prices of products and services are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products and services will be billed at the price in effect at the time of registration of the order.
Article 4 - Order
The Customer places an order online by following the steps of the order process.
The order is validated by the Customer after verifying the contents of their basket and accepting the GTC.
The Seller acknowledges receipt of the order by email.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment for the order is made online by credit card through a secure payment system.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in case of non-payment.
Article 6 - Delivery
Products and services are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the order.
Delivery times are indicated on the Site.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the products and services as soon as possible.
Article 7 - Withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from their order, without reason or penalty.
The withdrawal period runs from the receipt of the order.
The Customer exercises their right of withdrawal by contacting the Seller by email or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
The Seller reimburses the Customer as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.
Article 8 - Guarantees
The products and services sold on the Site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
The Customer is required to contact the Seller as soon as possible in case of a lack of conformity or a hidden defect.
The Seller undertakes to repair or replace the defective product or service.
Article 9 - Liability
The Seller is responsible for the execution of the order and the quality of the products and services sold.
The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products and services sold.
Article 10 - Intellectual Property
The content of the Site is protected by intellectual property.
The Customer undertakes not to reproduce, copy or disseminate the content of the Site without the Seller's authorization.
Article 11 - Data Protection
The Seller undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning them.
Article 12 - Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from the application of these GTC are subject to French law.
The Paris Commercial Court shall have sole jurisdiction to hear any disputes arising from the application of these GTC.
Article 13 - General Provisions
These GTC are applicable throughout the period of online availability of the products and services offered by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time.
